Designing a Claims Decision Copilot

An evidence-first workflow that helped adjusters identify what changed, understand
why it mattered and take the next accountable action.

I designed an embedded copilot for complex workers’ compensation claims. The product connected medical evidence, work-status information, claim activity and action ownership—without allowing AI to make autonomous
benefit or legal decisions.
