12+ years driving UX strategy & execution | @Cognizant UX Delivery Manager

I help businesses grow by transforming complex user and business challenges into clear, seamless digital experiences—from strategy and concept to launch.

Experience, Thinking & Design Leadership

Honestly, for me, great UX was never really about designing screens—it’s about designing decisions. I’ve seen a lot of designers spend hours perfecting pixels, but the ones who make real impact spend that time understanding a few things:

Why users get confused

Usually it’s because I’ve given them too many choices or unclear labels, so I look for where the copy or flow creates ambiguity.

Where they hesitate

I look at drop-off points or repeated back-and-forth clicks—that’s usually where trust or clarity is missing.

What decision are they actually trying to make

I strip away the UI and ask what single outcome the user is really trying to reach on that screen.

How to remove unnecessary thinking for them

I try to make the next step so obvious that the user doesn’t have to pause and figure out what to do.

Ask better questions. Stay curious.

Ask better research questions, challenge AI outputs, understand business impact, and think beyond the screen.

Top Task Analysis

Measuring UX is to study how successful users are in completing their tasks.

My 2026 AI-Enabled UX Workflow

An integrated toolkit supporting my process from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and production. I use AI to accelerate execution while keeping design decisions grounded in user needs and evidence.

Discovery, User Research & Concepting

  • ChatGPT & Google Gemini—Conversational AI for drafting PRDs, personas, copy, and code structures.
  • UX Pilot AI—generates wireframes and screen flows mapped directly to Figma design systems.
  • Flowstep / Moonchild AI—Generates responsive UI flows alongside clean React, TypeScript, and Tailwind code.
  • Google Stitch & Banani—Visual AI generators designed to build multi-screen application flows.
  • Uizard & Galileo AI—Converts text prompts or rough sketches into editable wireframes.

UI Design, Component Architecture & Systems

  • Figma (with Figma Make & Dev Mode)—Industry-standard design platform with AI generation (“Make”) and code token sync.
  • Claude Design—Anthropic’s visual environment turning prompts directly into UI code.
  • UXPin—Code-based design platform utilizing live React, Vue, or web components.
  • Adobe XD—Legacy vector tool maintained within Creative Cloud for existing workflows.
  • Sketch—Mac-native, privacy-focused design app using local symbol libraries.

Interactions, Animation & High-Fidelity Validation

  • Framer—Canvas tool for exploring layouts and publishing live, AI-assisted websites.
  • Webflow—No-code visual builder for production-grade websites and complex CMS logic.
  • ProtoPie—Advanced logic and micro-interaction prototyping tool for apps, web, and hardware.
  • Penpot—Open-source, web-standard alternative to Figma built directly on SVG and CSS Grid.
  • Axure RP & Rive – Axure handles complex interaction logic, while Rive powers real-time vector animations.

Usability Testing, Validation & Qualitative Analysis

  • Maze—An unmoderated testing platform offering heatmaps and task analytics directly from Figma files.
  • Dovetail—AI repository that transcribes and synthesizes qualitative user research into themes.
  • Synthetic Users & Playbook—AI agents that simulate human user personas for rapid heuristic testing.
  • Kraftful—AI aggregator that turns user feedback, reviews, and support tickets into product requests.
  • Attention Insight—Predictive AI heatmapping tool that visualizes visual hierarchy before live testing.

Implementation, Code Generation & Handoff

  • Vercel v0—Generates production-ready React, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui components from prompts or screenshots.
  • Lovable—Visual vibe-coding platform letting designers edit UI visually while AI updates the code.
  • Bolt.new—In-browser full-stack environment generating complete, deployable web applications instantly.
  • Cursor & Windsurf—AI-first code editors built for designers editing codebase layouts directly.
  • Replit Agent—Autonomous full-stack agent building frontends, backends, databases, and deployments.
  • Balsamiq & Miro—Staples for low-fidelity wireframing, quick ideation, and workshop whiteboarding.

I use AI to accelerate design, not replace human insight, empathy, evidence, and thoughtful decision-making—creating simple experiences that solve user problems and drive business value.
